26例数字化二维钛板颞肌下修补颅骨缺损分析

摘    要:分析数字化二维塑形钛板作颞肌下修补手术后颅骨缺损。方法:26例手术后颅骨缺损患者,薄层CT扫描采集数据后数字化塑形,作颞肌下颅骨缺损修补术。结果:手术效果满意,二维塑形钛板强度高,外形与原颅骨符合度高,与骨窗贴合度佳,组织相容性好等,26例患者颅骨修补后外形良好,无钛板外露,无咀嚼疼痛、无局部隆起不适及植入物排斥等不良反应。结论:以二维塑形钛板作颞肌下颅骨修补术具有颅骨外形良好,术后并发症少,患者生活质量高等优点,值得推广应用。

Analysis of 26 cases digital two dimensional titanium plate of skull repair

Abstract:To analyze the effect of digital two dimensional titanium plate on skull repair. Methods: 26 patients with skull defect after operation, thin layer CT scan digital sculpting, after gathering data for surgical repair of skull defects under temporal muscle. Results: The two-dimensional shape of titanium plate with satisfactory effect and high strength, appearance and the original skull conformity degree is high, and bone window joint degrees, such as good histocompatibility, 26 patients with skull shape after repairing is good, no titanium plate, masticatory pain, local uplift discomfort and implant rejection and other adverse reactions. Conclusion: Two-dimensional shape of titanium plate for temporal muscle under the repair of skull with good skull shape, less postoperative complications, and higher quality of life in oatients, which is worthv of popularization and application.
