闭孔疝的临床诊治探讨

探讨闭孔疝的临床诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性分析某医院急诊外科收治的12例闭孔疝患者资料。结果：12例患者术前通过CT检查确诊;2例行经腹腔镜手术,10例行开腹手术,3例患者术中发现肠坏死行肠切除;术后2例出现肺部感染,2例出现切口感染,12例患者最终皆康复出院。结论：闭孔疝多见于老年消瘦女性患者,通过CT可诊断,早期手术是治疗的关键。

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of obturator hernia

To determine diagnosis and surgical treatment of obturator hernia. Methods： The clinical data were analyzed in 12 patients with obturator hernia undergone surgical treatment admitted in our hospital.Results： 12 patients diagnosed by CT before surgery; 2 patients in laparoscopic surgery, 10 patients in laparotomy, 3 patients in bowel resection; 2 patients had lung infection after surgery, 2 patients had wound infection, 12 patients ultimately are discharged. Conclusion： Obturator hernia usually afflicts elderly emaciated female patients. CT is an important diagnostic instrument for the clinical suspicion, and early diagnosis and timely surgery may improve the curative rate.
