新生儿医院感染防治对策探讨

探讨新生儿院内感染常见部位及病原体类型,加强其预防控制与管理,有效控制新生儿院内感染的发生。方法：对新生儿科2007年1月~2013年1月住院的新生儿发生院内感染的部位、病原体类型及原因进行回顾性分析。结果：新生儿院内感染常见部位为呼吸道、胃肠道、血液,病原体主要为革兰阴性菌和轮状病毒,早期发现、及时治疗是抢救新生儿重症院内感染的关键。结论：应对新生儿院内感染应从预防、控制两方面采取相应措施。

Prevention and Treatment Problem about Hospital Infection in Neonate

To explore the common distribution of the infection sites or the pathogens about nosocomial infections in neonatal, in order to Strengthen the prevention of neonatal nosocomial infection control and management and to control the neonatal nosocomial infection effectively. Methods： Medical records of nenotal from January 2007 to January 2013 were collected, Retrospective analysis were conducted on the infection sites, the pathogens about nosocomial infections in neonatal and its causes. Results： the common distribution of the infection sites were the res- piratory tract, gastro-intestinal tract and blood; the pathogens were the Rotavirus and gram-negative bacteria, Early detection and timely treatment is the key to rescuing neonatal nosocomial infection. Conclusion： Take appropriate measures in neonatal infection prevention and control
