| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对冲性颅脑损伤的法医学检验鉴定及特点。方法:对13起案例死亡13人的相关检验资料进行回顾性研究。结果:13起案例中饮酒8例、吸毒2例;涉及交通事故3例、斗殴7例;对冲性眶骨骨折2例。死因均为重型颅脑损伤死亡;死亡方式均排除他人加害致死。结论:根据颅脑损伤部位和严重程度,结合现场勘查及调查走访综合分析得出准确的死因原因和死亡方式。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore and discuss the forensic inspection characteristics of contrecoup craniocerebral injury. Methods： Retrospectively study the relevant data of 13 victims from 13 cases. Results：In 13 cases,8 cases are of alcohol drinking and 2 cases of drug using, involving 3 traffic accidents and 7 fighting cases. There are 2 cases of contrecoup orbital fracture. The cause of death was se-vere craniocerebral injury. The manner of death has no relation to damages caused by others. Conclusion ： According to the position and severity of craniocerebral injury,the cause and manner of death can be accurately concluded based on the crime scene investigation,in-terviews and comprehensive analysis. |
