骨膜蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

探讨骨膜蛋白在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤病理组织中表达的差异性及其临床意义。方法：用免疫组织化学SP方法检测28例骨肉瘤及28例骨软骨瘤中的骨膜蛋白表达情况。结果：骨肉瘤组织中骨膜蛋白的阳性率为82.1%,骨软骨瘤标本中未见骨膜蛋白表达,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;骨膜蛋白的表达与骨肉瘤患者的3年无转移生存期有关。结论：骨膜蛋白可能参与了骨肉瘤的浸润、转移等进程,检测骨膜蛋白可早期预测骨肉瘤的转移风险和预后。

Expression and significance of Periostin in osteosarcomatissue

To investigate expression and significance of periostin in osteosarcoma tissue. Methods： Periostin were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 28 cases of osteosarcoma and 28 of osteochondroma.Results： The positive rate of periostin expression were 82.1%in osteosarcoma,which were higher than those in osteochondroma,P〈0.O1. The positive expression of Ezrin in osteosarcoma was relative with the rate Of 3--year metastasis-free.Conclusion：Periostin may participate the progressions of infiltration and metastasis.The detection of them can early predict potential metastatic risk and prognosis of osteosareoma.
