原发性十二指肠肿瘤49例回顾分析

目的：探讨原发性十二指肠肿瘤的临床特点，诊断方法，预后，为早期诊，治该病提供依据，方法：对２０年来４９例原发性十二指肠肿瘤住院病人进行回顾性分析。

Retrospective Analysis of 49 Cases of the Primary Duodenal Tumors

Purpose: To study the clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods and the prognsosis of patients with primary duodenal tumors in order to provide reliable message for early diagnosis and treatment. Method: In this paper 49 admitted patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 49 patients with primary duodenal tamors were about 0.013% in all admitted patients in our hospital for 20 years and 33 cases of malignancy tumors were about 0.36% in GI malignancies; 26 cases of adenocarcinoma were found in 33 cases of malignancies tumors. The prominent clinical manifestations were bleeding, abdoman pains, abdominal mass and weight loss. The main diagnostic procedures were endoscopic, upper GI barium meal, combated with pathologic deagnosis. Most of the malignancy tumors had invaded its surrounding tissues or organs and developed lymph node metastases when they were operated. Conclusinos: The prognsosis of the patients with malignancies tumors was very poor. Serial diagnostic procedures in combination would be necessary and would develop the rato of the early diagnosis.
