| 摘 要： | 应用冷冻疗法治疗眼附属器恶性肿瘤,包括眼睑基底细胞癌1例,结膜鳞状细胞癌12例,眼睑睑板腺癌5例。经长期随访,仅结膜鳞状细胞癌1例于冷冻治疗5年后复发。睑板腺癌1例于3年后复发,眼附属器恶性肿瘤应用冷冻疗法适应症较宽,疗效尚称满意。

Cryotherapy of Malignant Ocular Adnexa Tumor and Its Long-term Results |

| Abstract: | 18 cases of malignant ocular adnexa tumor including basal cell carcinoma of eyelid 1, squamous cell carcinoma of conjunctiva 12, meibomian gland carcinoma 5, were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and followed up from 2 years to 8 years. Only one out of the 12 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of conjunctiva recurred 5 years after therapy, and one out of the 5 cases of meibomian gland carcinoma recurred 3 years after therapy. It is suggested that cryotherapy is a useful method and its indication is wide. |
