| 摘 要： | 目的：研究分层强化教育对糖尿病（DM）患的治疗效果。方法：将86例住院DM患随机分为两组，即分层强化教育组（观察组）43例，依据患健康教育需求、年龄、化程度等，分层次、有目的地进行DM强化教育。常规传统教育组（对照组）43例，只进行传统的常规DM教育。两组患在教育前后均进行DM知识测试，并观察自我管理能力及血糖变化。结果：教育后两组受试的DM知识积分、自我管理能力和血糖均有改善，但观察组比对照组改善更明显（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），说明分层强化教育优于常规传统教育。结论：分层强化教育是患学习DM知识、提高自我管理能力、良好控制血糖的有效途径，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore therapeutic results of intensified education on DM patients Method:86 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group 43 cases received DM intensified education according to their health condition,age,education degree;43 cases in control,received routinal DM education Dm knowledge test,self control ability and BS were measured among these two groups Result:In observation group,DM knowledge,control ability,BS all were improved (P<0 05 or P<0 01) Conclusion:Intensified education can help DM patients to know DM better,improve their self control ability,control BS more effectively |
