| 摘 要： | 目的观察墓头回提取液对荷U14宫颈癌小鼠血液流变学的影响。方法将荷U14宫颈癌小鼠分为墓头回提取液高、中、低剂量组及顺铂组、模型组和空白对照组，观察各组给药后血液流变学的变化。结果墓头回提取液高、中剂量组及顺铂组均可降低荷U14宫颈癌小鼠不同切变率下的全血粘度、血细胞比容；低剂量组全血粘度、血细胞比容均无明显变化；墓头回提取液各剂量组血浆粘度无明显变化；顺铂组可降低全血粘度、血细胞比容，而对血浆粘度无明显影响。结论墓头回提取液可降低荷U14宫颈癌小鼠血液粘度，改善血液流变性质。
