急性有机磷农药中毒反跳22例分析

目的 讨论急性有机磷农药中毒反跳的原因和防治。方法 对本院１９９０年来２３７例急性有机磷农药中毒 病例中，出现反跳２２例病人的资料回顾性分析。结果 有机磷农药清除不彻底，治疗晚，停药快或维持量不足，有机磷农药种类，合并症是反跳出现的原因。结论 彻底清除毒物，尽早、足量、联合应用抗毒药物，半发症的处理是防治反跳的方法。

Analysis of the 22 repeat attact in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To discuss the causes and treatments of repeat attact in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Of 237 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from 1990 in our hospital,22 cases of repeat attact were retrospectively reviewed.Results It was found that organophosphorus pesticide not thoroughly cleared,to be treated late,stopping using drugs too soon of inadequate maintenance, type of organophosphorus pesticide and complication are the causes. Conclusion To clear the poison thoroughly,to conbine enough antitoxic drugs as soon as possible, to treat the complications are the methods to prevent and treat the repeat attact.
