| 摘 要： | 本文应用免疫酶染色法检测７７例病毒性心肌炎患者血清中特异性ＩｇＭ抗体。检测结果表明，心肌炎组检出率为７０．１％，正常对照组检出率为１２．５％，两组间Ｐ＜０．０１。同时还检测了血清中和抗体，阳性率为５５．８％，对照组为１０％，两者差异非常显著。从而证明该法对病毒性心肌炎的诊断较为特异，对于心肌炎的早期诊断，早期治疗及病因学的研究具有指导性意义。

| Abstract: | Usingtheimmunoenzyme staining method, we detectedthe specific antibodyIgm in serum of 77 patients with viral myocarditis. the results showed that the detection rate inthe morbid and the control groups were 70.1%and 12.5%respectively. The differenee betweenthese 2 groups was of marked significance(P<0. 01). At the same time, we also detected theserum neu tralization antibody , and the positive rate in the morbid and the control groups were55.8%and 10.0%respectively. the difference between these 2 groups was of marked signifi-cance, Our results revea led that this me thod is specific in d idgnosis for viral myocarditis. thismethod is also of guiding significance in early diagrnosis, early treatment and researches on etiolo-gy of the disease. |
