D—天冬氨酸与帕金森模型鼠的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:观察帕金森模型鼠中脑D-天冬氨酸的变化情况,探讨兴奋性神经递质右旋对映体与帕金森疾病的相关性。方法:成年C57-BL雄性小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组。应用柱前衍生高效液相色谱方法检测中脑D-天冬氨酸含量。结果:对照组与模型组中脑D-天冬氨酸含量无显著性差异。结论:中脑组织中内源性D-天冬氨酸的合成及转运不受神经毒素MPTP的影响,仍保持原有的动态平衡,可能没有参与帕金森病的发病机制。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the changes of the D-aspartic acid (Asp) in the midbrain of Parkinson's disease (PD) mice and study the relationship between D-type excitatory neurotransmitter Asp and PD. Methods:Adult C57-BL male mice were divided randomly into control group and PD model group. The concentration of D-Asp in midbrain was examined by high-performance liquid chromatography method. Result:The concentration of D-Asp was not different significantly between PD group and control group. Conclusions: The biosynthesis and the transportation of endogenous D-Asp in midbrain are not been affected by neurotoxicity MPTP and maintain its own dynamic balance. D-Asp may not participate in the PD pathogenesis.
