| 摘 要： | 本文对比９３例平均年龄４９±６．７岁的国家级运动教练员与相应年龄的１００例对照组的多普勒超声检查结果。发现运动教练员的心内结构和功能与对照组有差异,表现在左心室增大（Ｐ＜０．００１）,左室心肌重量及重量指数增加（均Ｐ＜０．００１）,左室收缩功能储备能力增加,左室舒张功能受损较早。因此,本文发现大强度的体育训练对心脏的结构和功能将产生长久的影响。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the long term effect of sports training on the loft ventricular structure and function,we com- pared the parameters "of Doppler .. Echocardiiography , "of the athletic. coaches group( 93 cases , age 49 ±6 . 7y ) with age - matched control, group( 100cases., ) , the result showed that the left ventricular diameter( size ) , left ventricular mass and left ventricular mass index are larger in the coach group than controls ( all p < 0 . 001 ) . The left ventricular, systolic function is well reserved in the coaches,however,early diastlic dysfunction occured.It was concluded that the effect of intensive sports training on the left ventricular structure and function exist even though sports training ceased for a long duration.. |
