| 摘 要： | 近年来,医患关系日趋紧张,医学生人文素质教育的问题越来越引起人们的重视.很多学者和专家从人文学科的设置、调整及医学与人文的整合等角度,就医学人文素质教育的问题进行了阐释.现如今,医学生的就业问题日趋严峻,而对医学生在进行就业教育时渗透人文素质教育,对于医学生的就业和就业后的职业发展有着重要的意义.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the doctorpatient relationship has become strained medical humanities education issues have drawn increasing atten tion. From the setting, adjustment and integration of medicine and humanities perspectives, many scholars and experts explained medical humani ties quality education. Nowadays, the employment problem of medical students was worse, humanistic quality education penetration can be added when employment education of medical students was conducted, it has important significance for career employment and post employment of medical students. |
