痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作60例

目的 观察慢性支气管炎急性发作期使用痰热清联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠注射液治疗的临床效果.方法 将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组单用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用痰热清注射液,疗程均为7天.比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后血白细胞及C反应蛋白（C-reactive portein,CRP）的情况.结果 观察组的总有效率为96.7%,对照组的为75.0%,有统计学差异（P＜0.05）;与对照组比较,观察组治疗后白细胞、CRP 等明显下降（P＜0.05 ）.结论 痰热清联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作临床疗效明确.

Treatment of Acute Attack of Chronic Bronchitis by Combination of Tanreqing Injection and Cefoperazone and Sulbactam Sodium for 60 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Combination of Tanreqing injection and cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium in the acute phase of chronic bronchitis. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group used cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium, and the observation group added Tanreqing injection on the basis of the control group treatment,7 days a course. We compared treatment effect, blood white cells and CRP before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Total effective rate was 96. 7% in the observation group, and 75 % in the control group,there were statistical differences （ P 〈0.05）, white blood cells,CRP after treatment in the ob servation group significantly dccrcasccl compared with thc control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of combination of Tanreqin injection and cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium has acute clinical curative effect in the acute phase of chronic bronchitis.
