桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗风寒湿痹型急性痛风性关节炎的临床研究

目的：观察桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗风寒湿痹型急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例风寒湿痹型急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组35例,予桂枝芍药知母汤加味口服治疗;对照组35例,予秋水仙碱、塞来昔布口服,疗程为7d。观察临床疗效、关节肿痛指数、血清白细胞介素6（IL-6）、血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血尿酸（BUA）和临床安全性等指标变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为88.57%,与对照组的85.71%比较（P〉0.05）;治疗后两组患者的关节肿痛指数、血IL-6、ESR、CRP等炎症指标均明显下降（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,治疗组BUA水平明显下降（P〈0.05）,无胃肠道不良反应（P〈0.01）、血常规异常、肝肾损害等明显不良反应。结论：桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗风寒湿痹型急性痛风性关节炎安全有效。

Clinical Research on Therapeutic Effect of Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in Treatment of Wind -cold -dampness Bi Syndrome in Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction in the treatment of Wind- cold- dampness Bi Syndrome in acute gouty arthritis. Methods ：70 patients with Wind- cold- dampness Bi Syndrome in acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients in treatment group were treated with modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction, and 35 patients in control group were treated with chochicine and celecoxib capsules. After 7 days, the therapeutic effect and levels of painful swelling index of joints, serum interleukin - 6, ESR, C - reactive protein blood uric acid （BUA） and clinical safety index were observed. Results ： The total effective rate in treatment group was 88. 57% and 85.71% in control group （ P 〉0.05）. Painful swelling index of joints,serum IL -6, ESR and CRP in both groups were lower after treatment（ P 〈 0.05）. In treatment group,the level of BUA was reduced significantly （ P 〈0.05 ）, and there was no gastrointestinal symptom （ P 〈 0.01）, no abnormality of blood routine and functions of liver and kidney were observed. Conclusion： Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction is not only effective but also safe on Wind - cold - dampness Bi Syndrome in acute gouty arthritis.
