| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染,中西药的联合应用成为新的治疗措施。中医药以辨证论治为基础,根据患者的临床表现及胃镜下黏膜表现进行辨证分析。中药从宏观着手,改善患者机体内环境,西药从微观出发,以三联或四联疗法为基础消灭Hp,两者宏观与微观联合,相辅相成,既提高了Hp根除率,又可防止Hp反复感染。

| Abstract: | The combination of Chinese and Western medicine becomes therapeutic measure to treat Hp infection. Based on syndrome differentiation, we use Chinese medicine to have dialectical analysis on clinical manifestation of patients and their gastric mucosas under gastroscope. From macroscopic view, we use Chinese medicine to improve the in vivo environment of patients. From microcosmic view, we use western medicine to eliminate Hp by triple therapy or quadruple chemotherapy. The combination of them is supplementary to each other. It improves the eliminating rate of Hp and prevents recurrent infections. |
