中西医结合治疗对骨髓增生异常综合征患者生存质量改善的研究

目的:拟定一套具有中医特色的骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)生存质量量表,用以评价中西医结合治疗MDS的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照方法,将80例MDS患者分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组用阿糖胞苷治疗,治疗组在对照组西药的基础上,加中药治疗,疗程为14周,观察治疗前后患者生存质量的改善情况。结果:①治疗后两组疗效比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,治疗组和对照组各维度计分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组和对照组治疗后,生存质量均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善更明显,患者在"临床主要症状"、"疾病伴随情况"、"疾病认知程度"方面与对照组比较有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在"满意程度"、"情绪功能"方面两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与单纯西药相比,中西医结合治疗能显著改善患者的生活质量。

Study on Survival Quality Improvement of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treating Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Objective ：To draw up a traditional Chinese features survival improvement scale on myelodysplastic syndrome so as to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treating MDS. Methods ：80 cases were divided into 2 groups by random and contrast methods. The control group received the treatment of Cytosine Arabinoside, and the treatment group was applied with decoction at the same time. The period of treatment was 14 weeks. The survival quality improvement was observed after the treatment. Results：After the treatment, the treatment group had a better effect than the control group, and there was statistical difference between 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. But there was no statistical difference in scoring of every part before the treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）, while there were statistical differences on survival quality improvement after the treatment（P 〈0.05）. The treatment group had a better effect than the control group. There were statistical differences in cardinal symptoms, accompanying conditions and cognition level after the treatment（ P 〈0.05 ） ,while no statistical difference in satisfaction level and sentiment function（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the survival quality obviously compared with the western medicine.
