慢性乙型病毒性肝炎免疫耐受的研究进展

慢性乙型肝炎是一种危害人类健康的常见病、难治性疾病。感染乙肝病毒后,机体的免疫系统不能及时、有效、彻底地清除病毒导致乙型肝炎的免疫耐受,目前被认为是乙型肝炎慢性化的一个主要机制。免疫耐受包括了宿主和病毒两方面的因素,而宿主免疫功能紊乱是其主要原因。因而调整紊乱的免疫系统,打破HBV感染后的免疫耐受状态,将是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的关键所在。对近年来关于慢性乙型病毒性肝炎免疫耐受的临床病理特征、形成机制的研究进行综述。

Research Progress of Immunotolerance during Infection of HBV

Chronic hepatitis B is an intractable and frequently-occurring disease. The immune system not effectively and completely removing hepatitis B on time after the infection is the main mechanism that causes immune tolerance. Im- mune tolerance includes two aspects of the host and viruses,and host immune dysfunction is the major cause. So how to stop immune tolerance and regulate the disorder of immune system will be the key point to treat chronic hepatitis B. In this paper,we got an overview on clinical status and hepatic pathology ,formation mechanism of immunotolerance during the infection of HBV.
