中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤术后乳糜胸

目的观察中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤术后乳糜胸的疗效。方法收集恶性肿瘤开胸术后乳糜胸10例,予以积极纠正全身情况、闭式引流、胸膜黏连,减少乳糜液生成及配合中药加味葶苈大枣泻肺汤(葶苈子、大枣、黄芪、太子参等,1剂/d)治疗,观察其治疗时间及治愈率。结果经保守治疗10例患者均治愈出院,无再手术及死亡病例,治疗时间明显缩短。结论中西医结合治疗乳糜胸可有效缩短治疗时间,提高临床疗效,减轻患者经济负担。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Postoperative Chylothorax of

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional and modem medicine in treating postopera- tive chylothorax of malignant tumor. Methods 10 patients with postoperative chylothorax of malignant tumor were collected. We treated them with correcting body condition, closed drainage, pleural adhesions, reducing the chylous fluid generation and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine named Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction. The time of therapy and curative ra- tio were observed.Results All of the 10 patients were cured, with no reoperation or death case, the treatment time was shortened obviously. Conclusion The integrated traditional and modem medicine was effective and can shorten the treat- ment time in treating postoperative chylothorax of malignant turnor.
