胃癌中医证型构成及分布规律的文献分析

目的:初步探寻胃癌在临床上的中医证型构成及分布的客观规律。方法:通过对2005年—2012年来国内公开发表的有关胃癌的中医辨证分型的文献进行统计分析,运用χ2检验对总结出的8组病例数据以长江为界进行南北比较。结果:肝胃不和、脾胃气虚、脾胃阳虚、瘀毒内结、痰湿凝滞、胃热阴虚、气血亏虚为胃癌临床常见中医证型,南北地区的中医证型分型情况存在一定的差异性,南方多以肝胃不和、脾胃阳虚、痰湿凝滞为主,而北方多以脾胃气虚、瘀毒内结、肝胃不和为主。结论:胃癌病例的统计结果对确定该病种的临床中医辨证分型,并制定统一的单病种诊疗规范具有重要的临床作用。

Literature Analysis about Structure and Distribution Rule of Gastric Cancer TCM Syndrome Type

Objective： To preliminary explore the objective rule in TCM of structure and distribution about gastric cancer＇s syndrome type. Methods ： A number of literatures which were reported at home from 2005 - 2012 had been analyzed and 8 groups date was compared by chi square test between the north and the south. Result： Common syndromes of gastric cancer were as follows： disharmony between liver and stomach, spleen and stomach qi weakness, spleen and stom- ach Yang weakness, stasis poison inside, phlegm and dampness stagnation, stomach heat and Yin deficiency, Qi and blood deficiency. TCM syndrome types between the north and the south had certain differences. In the south, disharmony be- tween liver and stomach, spleen and stomach Yang weakness, phlegm and dampness stagnation were main types. But spleen and stomach qi weakness, stasis poison inside, disharmony between liver and stomach were main types in the north. Conclusion： The statistical results of gastric cancer have great significance to confirm the TCM syndrome types of gastric cancer and to make a uniform diagnosis and treat criterion of single disease sort.
