| 摘 要： | 韩祗和在《伤寒微旨论》中指出伏气温病的病机为"内伏之阳被寒毒所折于骨髓",从病因学角度突出外感疾病的温热特性,并创辛凉透表之治则。用药主张辛凉宣透、清解郁阳;辛苦寒并用、表里双解;益气滋阴、扶正解表。其学术思想在温病学萌芽时期发挥了重要作用,为温病学的发展奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | In Shanghan Weizhi Lun HAN Zhihe pointed out that the pathogenesis of warm disease is the yang - energy hidden in the body was blocked in the bone marrow by cold toxin, highlighted the thermal characteristics of external diseases from the perspective of etiology and the creation of pungent and cool therapy. His academic thought has played an important role in the seasonal febrile period, and lay the foundation for the development of doctrine of epidemic febrile disease. |
