| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病与多种恶性肿瘤的发病有显著相关性。目前研究表明,高血糖的长期刺激、胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素样生长因子、多种脂肪细胞因子及高尿酸血症在糖尿病诱发恶性肿瘤的过程中起重要作用。中医学认为,2型糖尿病与恶性肿瘤的发病有共同的病因,虚、痰、瘀是二者发生发展的共同病机。对2型糖尿病与恶性肿瘤相关性机制的研究有利于中西医对2型糖尿病患者进行恶性肿瘤筛查及干预,减少肿瘤发病率。

| Abstract: | Type 2 Diabetes is significantly related with many malignant tumors. Current researches have proved that many factors play important role in the occurrence of tumors of diabetes patients, such as hyperglycemia, insulin resistance, insulin- like growth factor, adipokines and high uric acid. The development of Type 2 diabetes has the common pathogenesis with ma- lignant tumors in the view of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis are the common mechanisms of diabetes and tumors. Study on the relationship between type 2 diabetes and cancer in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine axe beneficial to early cancer screening and intervention to reduce the incidence of cancer. |
