分娩第一产程自由体位的临床研究

趴的 :探讨产妇分娩第一产程采取自由体位对促进自然分娩、降低手术产率的作用。方法 :随机选择本院 1999～ 2 0 0 0年 2 45例孕妇为观察组 ,在孕妇入产房待产的第一产程中采取自由体位 ,即卧、走、立、坐、跪、趴、蹲 ,任孕妇自由选择。同时以1998年 190例作为对照组。观察两组分娩各产程时间、分娩方式、产程中用药、新生儿出生Apgar评分、产后出血量等。结果 :观察组总产程和产程中用药明显减少 ,剖宫产率和阴道助产率明显下降 ,与对照组相比有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :第一产程自由体位使产程中医疗干预减少 ,自然分娩率提高 ,利于母婴健康。

The clinical study of freestyle positions on delivery during the first labor strage

Objective:To investigate the effects of helping natural delivery decreasing rate of caesarean section,pregnant women used freestyle positions on delivery during the first labor stage.Methods: Two hundred and firty-five of pregnant women were enrolled into this study from April 1999 through October 2000 as observation group using freestyle positions which were lying,walking,standing,sitting kneeling,creeping and squating on delivery during the first labor stage.One hundred and ninety cases in 1998 were choosed as the control group.Results:Time of total labor and medicines used during whole labor of the observation group were less than the control group(P<0.01).Rates of caesarean section and vagina delivery of operation of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions:freestyle positions could be used on delivery during the first labor stage.It could reduce medical interruption and increase rate of natural delivery.It was useful for health of mothers and babies.
