羊、牛胸腺肽的制备及其活性比较

摘    要:目的:探讨牛、羊胸腺肽的制备及其活性差异。方法:采用E玫瑰花结试验及凝胶过滤高效液相色谱法(HPSEC)检测胸腺肽活性及其组成。结果:牛源、羊源制备的胸腺肽结花环率分别为14%和18%,HPSEC检测显示两者均出现5个色谱峰,峰形基本一致。结论:羊源胸腺肽与牛源胸腺肽成分基本一致,活性无统计学差异。

Abstract:Objective:Comparison the bioactivity of thymosin which from goat and cattle.Methods:Using E-rosette test and HPSEC to measure thymosin activity and composition.Results:The cattle thymosin E-rosette formation ratio is 14%,and the goat is 18%.There are five chromatographic peaks in HPSEC,and the spike is no difference.Conclusion:The thymosin composition of goat and cattle is basically the same,no significant difference in bioactivity.
