中西医结合治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年8月—2010年10月期间我院收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者84例,随机将患儿分为西医组和中西医结合组,每组42例,西医组患儿给予孟鲁司特进行治疗,中西医结合组在西医组的基础之上,加用自拟中药方剂。对两组患儿的临床治疗效果、症状消失时间以及治后复发率进行比较分析。结果:与西医组相比,中西医结合组的显效率和总有效率明显提高,无效率明显降低,患儿临床症状消失时间明显缩短,治疗后复发比率明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘具有十分显著的临床疗效,能够有效提高患儿及其家属的生活质量,具有广泛的临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation of Cough Variant Asthma for Integrative Medicine

Objective：Objective：To probe into the clinical effects of cough variant asthma for integrative medicine.Methods：Select August 2009～October 2010 in our hospital during the cough variant asthma in children 84 cases were divided into treatment group randomly and combination group,42 patients in each group,treatment group children given montelukast Division special treatment, combining Chinese and Western groups on the basis of the treatment group,plus Chinese herbal formula with self.The two groups of children with clinical treatment,symptoms disappeared after the recurrence rate of time and treatment were compared.Results： Compared with Western medicine,Integrative Medicine group efficiency and total efficiency was significantly improved significantly reduced inefficiency,the disappearance of clinical symptoms in children was significantly shorter,the rate of relapse after treatment was significantly lower,there were also significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative medicine treatment of children with cough variant asthma is very significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and their families, with extensive clinical application value worthy of promotion.
