| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定嘎日迪五味丸中没食子酸含量的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱:phenomenex-C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱;流动相:甲醇—水—磷酸(5:95:0.05);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:280nm;柱温:30℃,外标定量法。结果:没食子酸在0.065～1.300mg·mL~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.8%(n=6),RSD=0.27%。结论:本法操作简单,灵敏,准确,可以用于嘎日迪五味散的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish an HPLC method of gallic acid in GaRiDiWuWei pills.Methods：The phenomenex-C_（18）（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphate（5：95：0.05）.The flow rate was 1.0ml·min~（-1）, and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm;Column warm：30℃,Outside demarcates the mensuration.Results：The linearity of gallic acid was within the range of 0.065～1.30 mg·mL~（-1）（r=0.9999）.and the average recovery was 99.8%（n = 6）（RSD%= 0.27%）Conclusion：This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and available for control the quality of GaRiDiWuWei pills. |
