外踝关节骨折解剖复位后手术治疗临床分析

目的:通过我院对34例踝关节骨折治疗,总结踝关节骨折治疗经验。方法:内外踝骨折解剖复位后分别以螺丝钉或者克氏针加张力带钢丝或者用钢板固定,后踝骨折及伴有胫腓关节分离者以螺丝钉固定,手术的重点放在外踝的治疗上。结果:手术治疗后,经6到l8个月的随访,踝关节功能同健侧相比基本一致者18例;踝关节功能基本正常,走远路或上台阶后有轻度胀痛者11例;稍走远路或上台阶后出现踝部肿胀、疼痛、关节活动受限4例;踝关节肿胀明显,不能负重者1例。结论:踝关节骨折治疗后的解剖复位是踝关节功能恢复的重要前提,手术复位内固定是实现解剖复位的主要手段。

The Surgical Operation of Lateral Malleolus Fracture after Anatomic Reduction
