| 摘 要： | 目的：了解东河区流动儿童免疫现状。方法：2006年6月在全区范围内开展流动儿童免疫状况调查。结果：建卡率97．3％，建证率98．0％，五苗全程合格接种率97．2％。1-2岁流动儿童建卡率、建证率、五苗全程合格接种率均高于3～6岁的流动儿童，东河区流动儿童主要分布在城乡结合部，流动人口以省内流动为主。结论：要加强城乡结合部预防接种管理工作。
