| 摘 要： | 用Ｆｉｃｏｌｌ－Ｉｓｏｐａｑｕｅ分离液分离人外周血淋巴细胞，采用放免方法测定了３５例原发性高血压（ＥＨ）患者和２４例正常血压对照组的淋巴细胞心钠素（ＬＡＮＰ）和血浆心钠素（ＰＡＮＰ）的含量，结果表明：淋巴细胞含有心钠素样物质，且不受血浆浓度影响，ＬＡＮＰ在反映ＥＨ的病程进程中较ＰＡＮＰ敏感，ＰＡＮＰ在老年ＥＨ的发展过程中较ＬＡＮＰ作用重要。

| Abstract: | Lymphocytes were separated from peripheral venous blood in human beings by the ficoll-isopaque method.Lymphocytic ANP (LANP) and plasma (PANP) concentrations were measured by radioim-munoassay in 35 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 24 normotensive control subjects.Our results suggest that lymphocytes contain ANP-like substances.LANP is not influenced by PANP and is a sensitive index for development of EH.PANP is more important in development of EH in the elderlv than in LANP. |
