| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法：为140例儿童慢性鼻窦炎患儿行药物和通畅引流为主、手术为辅的综合治疗。结果：随访6～12月，140例中，治愈77例，好转33例。结论：综合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of combined modality therapy for children with chronic sinusitis. Method: Combined modality therapy including drug, drainage and surgery was performed on 140 children with chronic sinusitis. Results: During a follow up from 6 to 12 months, 77 patients were cured, and 33 were on the mend. Conclusion: Combined modality therapy achieves good effect for chronic sinusitis in children. |
