中枢神经系统感染脑脊液肿瘤坏死因子及其意义

探讨化脓性脑膜炎、病毒性脑膜炎或脑炎患儿脑脊液肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）的临床意义。方法采用TNF放免药盒，测定化脑组21例、病毒脑28例、对照组20例的脑脊液TNF。结果化脑组脑脊液TNF阳性率显著高于病毒脑组，化脑组脑脊液肿瘤坏死因子升高的平均浓度显著高于病毒脑组，差异有高度统计学意义。结论对接受过抗生素治疗而诊断不明者，可行脑脊液TNF检测，高水平则提示化脓性脑膜炎。

Determination and significance of tumor necrosis factor in cerebrospinal fluid in the patients with auction of central nervous system

To explore the clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) in cerebrospinal fluid (CFS) in the patients with purulent meningitis,viral meningitis and cerebritis.Methods The CFS TNF of 21 cases or purulent meningitis, 28 cases ofviral meningitis and 20 mormal children was determined by radioimmunoassay.Results The Positive rate of TNF in palients wilh purulent meningitiswas higher than that in patients with viral cerebritis, and average increasingconcentration of TNF in the patients with purulent meningitis was higher thanthat in the patients with viral cerebritis, there was very obvious difference.Conclusion The determination of TNF in CFS has significance to diagnose the diseases of central nervous system indction.
