| 摘 要： | 目的:研究自制中药含漱液在控制真菌感染患者念珠菌检出率的作用,及对念珠菌分离株毒力的控制。方法:将300例真菌感染患者分为中药组和碳酸氢钠组。用药前和用药后7天分别采用含漱液浓缩培养法,并结合应用芽管试验、厚膜孢子形成试验及温度试验常规培养等方法分离菌株并计数。将分离、纯化的念珠菌株,接种于血琼脂平板上,厌氧培养,检测其溶血活性。结果:治疗前两组菌落数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用两种不同药物含漱7天后,治疗前后菌落数比较,中药组较碳酸氢钠组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);用药前所有念珠菌菌株在接种于血琼脂平板培养48h后均产生了溶血,溶血活性比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药前后溶血活性比较,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药能有效控制真菌感染患者念珠菌检出率,真菌感染患者携带念珠菌株能产生溶血因子,可导致真菌感染患者病情加重或迁延不愈。中药在控制念珠菌毒力方面有显著效果。
