CT引导下经皮穿刺抽吸注硬化剂治疗肾囊肿

目的评价CT引导下经皮穿刺抽吸硬化治疗肾囊肿的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析在CT引导下经皮穿刺抽吸硬化治疗肾囊肿患者56例。要点包括选择最佳层面,穿刺点、进针角度及深度;抽净囊液,注入纯无水乙醇保留5～10min抽净。结果56例均穿刺成功,治愈率96%,有效率100%,2例并发腹痛,并发症3.6%。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺抽吸注硬化剂治疗肾囊肿,穿刺成功率高,并发症少,疗效显著,是治疗肾囊肿的首选方法,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of renal cyst through the puncture sclerosing therapy under CT guidance

Objective Evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous sclerotherapy of renal cyst aspiration. Methods Analysed 56 cases with renal cysts who were treated by CT-guided percutaneous aspiration sclerotherapy. The main points included：the selection of the best level,the puncture point,angle and depth of needle; exhausted the allantoic fluid,pumped into pure ethanol and exhausted it after 5 ～ 10 minusts. Results 56 cases were successful puncture,the cure rate was 96% effective rate was 100% ,two cases of com-plicated abdominal pain,complications of 3. 6%. Conclusion Treat the renal cyst through the puncture sclerosing thrapy under CT guidance,it＇s puncture success rate is high,fewer complications,significant effect,it is the preferred method of treating of renal cysts,worth to promote in the clinical application.
