| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨灵芝孢子粉对重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的治疗作用。方法]采用胆胰管逆行注射5％牛磺胆酸钠法造成SAP模型；SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、奥曲肽治疗组、灵芝孢子粉治疗组及灵芝孢子粉奥曲肽联合治疗组；术后分时段观察血清淀粉酶含量的变化，并于给药7d后处死大鼠，检测血浆内毒素水平，并将胰腺作病理学检查。结果]SAP时血清淀粉酶含量和血浆内毒素水平均明显升高，胰腺组织损害严重。经治疗发现，灵芝孢子粉与奥曲肽合用效果更好，与其它治疗组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论]灵芝孢子粉对SAP具有一定的治疗作用，为中西医结会治疗SAP增添新方法．
