| 摘 要： | 目的通过心理治疗与心理护理提高老年糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,减少并发症,提高生活质量。方法 2009年3月～2010年3月在我院内科住院的老年糖尿病患者中实行每月定期开展糖尿病之家健康知识讲座,心理护理与心理治疗。结果干预组患者的自我管理能力提高,遵医行为明显加强,糖化血红蛋白达标明显高于对照组。结论心理治疗与心理护理有助于提高老年糖尿病患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Through psychological treatment and psychological care to improve self-management of elderly patients with diabetes and reduce complications and improve quality of life.Methods March 2009 ～2010 in March in my hospital inpatient elderly diabetic patients to carry out the implementation of monthly lectures on diabetes,home health,mental care and psychological treatment.Results The intervention group improved self-management of patients,compliance behavior was significantly enhanced,glycated hemoglobin was significantly higher than standard.Conclusion The psychological treatment and psychological care will help improve the quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes. |
