| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of ALA-PDT（5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy） on treating condyloma acuminatum.Methods 128 patients with condyloma acuminatum,divided into two groups randomly,contain 68 cases treatment group and 60 cases control group.treatment group were treated with ALA-PDT,and the control group treated with liquid nitrogen,30 days after the end of treatment,the effects were observed.The cured patients need six months follow up observation to know whether relapse.Reasults The cure rate of the treatment group signifficant higher than the control group（P0.01）,and the relapse rate is lower than the control group（P=0.038）.Conclusions ALD-PDT treatment of condyloma acuminatum is better than liquid nitrogen. |
