缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗50例分析

摘    要:目的探讨静脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效。方法选择2009年1月~2010年1月在我院住院治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上开始静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组的疗效及神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗前两组神经功能缺损评分差异无统计学意义,随着治疗时间的增加逐渐降低,治疗后14d和治疗21d后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分较治疗前及较对照组均明显减低(P〈0.05)。且治疗后两组疗效比较,治疗组基本痊愈率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组用药后血小板,出、凝血时间,部分活化凝血酶原时间,凝血酶原时间,纤维蛋白原均在正常范围。结论静脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效确切,神经功能改善明显,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the thrombolytic therapy in ischemic stroke patients.Methods January 2009~January 2010 in our hospital's 100 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,50 cases.Control group received routine medical treatments,a study group on the basis of routine treatment,start intravenous thrombolysis.Two groups were compared the efficacy and neurologic impairment.Results Before treatment,neurological deficit score between the two groups was not significant,with the increase of treatment time decreased,and treatment of 14d 21d after treatment,after test analysis,the treatment group than the treatment of neurological function compared with the control group before and were significantly lower(P0.05).Comparison of two groups after treatment,the basic recovery rate of the treatment group was significantly higher with the control group(P0.05).The two groups after treatment platelets,the coagulation time,activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,fibrinogen were within normal limits.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke is effective,nerve function improved significantly and should be introduced.
