贝那普利对慢性心衰患者外周血脑钠肽水平及左心室功能的影响

目的探讨β受体阻滞剂贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭时对外周血中脑钠肽（BNP）及左心室功能的影响。方法 95例慢性心衰患者随机分为对照组（洋地黄、利尿剂和血管扩张剂等常规药物治疗）和治疗组（常规治疗药物＋贝那普利）,治疗12周,测定治疗前后两组外周血中BNP水平。同时比较两组患者左心室射血分数（LVEF）和左室舒张末内径（LVEDD）的改变。结果两组患者治疗后外周血中BNP水平较治疗前显著降低,治疗组BNP水平较常规治疗组下降更明显。治疗组LVEF和LVEDD明显改善。结论贝那普利能抑制慢性心衰患者神经内分泌的过度激活,改善患者左心室功能。

Effects of Benazepril on plasma brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular function in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the effects of Benazepril on plasma brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular function in patients with chronic hear t failure.Methods 95 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=50） and the control group（n=45）.The patients of control group were treated with routine drugs（digitalis,diuretics and vasodilator） and these of treatment group were treated with Benazepril additionally.Brain natriuretic peptides（BNP）,left ventricular ejective fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular diastolic diameter（LVDD） were measured at baseline and after the 12 weeks＇ treatment.Results The levels of BNP were decreased after the treatment.Those of patients in treatment group were lower than the control group.LVEFs of patients with Benazepril treatment were increased and the LVDDs were decreased.Conclusion Benazepril can suppress neurohumoral over activation in patients with CHF.It can significantly improve the patients left ventricular function.
