| 摘 要： | 目的评估HIF-1和VEGF蛋白与胶质瘤病理学级别的关系,以及相互间的关系。方法收集胶质瘤患者共100例。采用免疫组化方法,对细胞进行染色,计算HIF-1和VEGF染色阳性的百分比和胶质瘤病理分级的关系,以及HIF-1和VEGF之间的关系。并采用SPSS 9.0进行统计学分析。结果 HIF-1和VEGF蛋白的总阳性表达率随着胶质瘤病理分级的增加而增加,趋势性检验差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。另外,HIF-1和VEGF的表达具有高度相关性,相关系数为0.69（P〈0.05）。结论 HIF-1和VEGF蛋白的表达可以作为胶质瘤患者疾病严重程度判断的标准,对患者治疗提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the relationship between HIF-1 and VEGF and pathology stages in glioma,and its correlations.Methods A total of 100 cases with glioma were collected.By immunohistochemical method,we performed staining for the cells.Then we calculated the positive percentage of HIF-1 and VEGF in the glioma,and its relationship with the pathology stages,and the correlation between HIF-1 and VEGF.SPSS 9.0 was taken to calculate the results.Results The total positive rate of HIF-1 and VEGF showed increased trend with the raise of pathology stages,and the linear trend test showed significant difference（P0.05）.In addition,the HIF-1 and VEGF showed high correlation,with the correlation index of 0.69（P0.05）.Conclusion HIF-1 and VEGF could be the criteria for identifying the serious of glioma,and could provide reference for the treatment of glioma. |
