| 摘 要： | 目的观察健康者心电图QRS波振幅在记录状态和记录时间变化时的特点。方法100名医学生用同一个仪器和在同一测试环境下记录3次心电图。第1次(组1)2周后记录第2次(组2),均为静息心电图。第2次(组2)2周后记录第3次(组3),为运动后心电图。对组1与组2、组3与组2、组3与组1之间的心率,QRS波振幅的胸导合值、∑QRS进行比较。结果组1与组2之间心率有差异(p<0.05),胸导合值、∑QRS无差异。组3与组1、组3与组2之间的心率有差异(p<0.05),胸导合值、∑QRS无差异。结论健康者用同一个仪器、在同一测试环境下,描记时间不同、运动后与静息不同状态时心率可有差异性变化,但胸导合值、∑QRS无差异性变化。
