中西医结合联合腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻的研究

目的　观察中西医结合非手术疗法与腹腔镜手术联合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法　选择 5 0例粘连性肠梗阻患者 ,急性期采用中西医结合辨证施治 ,解除急性梗阻 ;缓解期行腹腔镜粘连松解术 ,根除梗阻。结果　急性期经中西医结合治疗 ,4 9例肠梗阻解除。缓解期行腹腔镜粘连松解术成功 4 5例 (92 % ) ,随访 3个月～ 3a均未再发肠梗阻 ;中转开腹手术 4例。腹腔镜粘连松解术后胃肠功能恢复时间 0 .5～ 3d ,术后平均住院 2～ 4d。结论　中西医结合非手术疗法与腹腔镜手术联合治疗粘连性肠梗阻 ,中转开腹率和并发症发生率低 ,术后效果好。

Study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with celioscope on adhesive ileus

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with celioscope on adhesive ileus.Methods 50 patients with adhesive ileus were chosen. In acute stage they were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to relieve the obstruction and in catabatic stage they were treated with celioscope conglutination loosing operation to cure the obstruction.Results 49 cases of adhesive ileus were relieved by treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in acute stage. 45 cases (92%) of adhesive ileus were cured by celioscope conglutination loosing operation in catabatic stage. None reemerged by following up for three months to three years. Four cases (8%) were converted to open surgery. The recovery time of stomach and intestines function was 0.5～3?d and the average time in hospital was 2～4?d.Conclusion The rates of open surgery and complication appearance are low and the curative effect is good when adhesive ileus is treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with celioscope.
