| 摘 要： | 目的对正品厚朴及伪品厚朴进行鉴别比较.方法采用性状、显微结构、薄层色谱等方法进行鉴别.结果正品与伪品厚朴两者内在鉴别特征差异较大.结论为正品及伪品厚朴的鉴别,为安全用药提供试验依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare and identify certified Magnolia Officinalis species and its counterfeit species. Methods Certified Magnolia Officinalis species and its counterfeit species were distinguished by morphological identification, microscopic characteristics identification and TLC. Results Magnolio Officinalis species and its counterfeit species there is big difference between the two inherent matures of identification. Conclusions It provides an experiment method for the identification of certified Magnolia officinalis and its counterfeit species. |
