桡浅神经的SCV分析

摘    要:目的:研究早期桡神经麻痹或受损患者的桡浅神经的感觉神经传导速度变化。方法:对59例桡神经受损患者及正常对照进行SCV检查。结果:59例患者中桡浅神经均有不同程度的损伤。结论:SCV能客观地反映桡浅神经的功能状态,能判断早期神经受损的情况。

Abstract:Objective :To Study changes of sensory -nerve conduction velocity of the superficial radial nerve in patients with radial nerve paralysis or injury. Methods: The sensory - nerve conduction velocity was examined in 59 patients with radial nerve injury and normal controls. Results: There were varying degrees of injury in superficial radial nerve of 59 patients. Conclusions:Sensory -nerve conduction velocity can objectively reflect the functional status of superficial radial nerve and judge early the situation of early nerve injury.
