| 摘 要： | 胃排空延迟(DGE)是胰十二指肠切除术术后常见的并发症,由于病因复杂、治疗困难一直是普外科棘手的难题。通过分析近年来胰十二指肠切除术式改进以及预测评分模型建立对DGE的影响,得出DGE防治的新方向,认为通过有效的术前评估,合理的术式选择,有望降低术后DGE的发生率。
