| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对造血干细胞采集术患者的心理影响。方法对44例围手术期血液病患者分组进行心理干预分析。结果干预后实验组焦虑和抑郁程度低于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑和抑郁得分下降(P<0.05)。对照组焦虑和抑郁得分也有所下降,但与干预前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论通过心理干预可有效降低围手术期血液病患者的不良情绪,有利于造血干细胞的顺利采集。
