摘    要:目的 研究药用植物土茯苓内生芒果球座菌菌丝体的化学成分.方法 利用正相硅胶柱层析、C18反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析以及制备薄层层析等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及光谱数据确定化合物的结构.结果 从土茯苓内生芒果球座菌菌丝体中分离并鉴定出7个化合物,分别为:脑苷脂D(1)、腺苷(2)、(...

Abstract:Objective To study on the chemical constituents of the mycelia of endophytic Guignardia mangiferae from Smilax glabra.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods such as silica gel,reverse silica gel,sephadex-LH20 and preparative TLC.Their structures were determined extensive analysis of their spectroscopic data as well as by comparison with literature reports.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as cerebroside D(1),adenosine(2),(22E,24R)-24-methylcholesta-5,22-diene-3β-ol(3),ergosterol peroxide(4),(22E,24R)-5α,8α,-epidioxyergosta-6,9,22-triene-3β-ol(5),22E,24R-5α,6α-epoxyergosta-8,22-diene-3β,7α-diol(6) and cerevisterol(7).Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from the genus of Guignardia for the first time.
