| 摘 要： | 由于不少康复患者仍然需要接受手术和慢性疼痛治疗,因此,麻醉医师在康复专科医院中的作用不容忽视。利用综合医院麻醉医师培训的经验,结合康复专科医院患者及手术特点,制定有效的规范化培训计划,是保证培养出符合康复专科医院麻醉医师要求的必由之路。具体实施方法有:①完善考核制度;②充分利用现有优势,提高培训质量;③针对康复专业特点,制定相应培训规划;④着眼康复专业,兼顾其他专业。
