| 摘 要： | 目的观察石蜡疗法配合作业疗法治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿拇指内收的效果。方法 100例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),观察组采用作业疗法及石蜡疗法;对照组仅接受作业疗法。治疗3个月后比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后两组患儿均有改善,但观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论石蜡疗法配合作业疗法可促进痉挛型脑瘫患儿拇指功能的恢复,效果优于单纯作业疗法。 |
