| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of abrine in Jigucao capsule.Methods HPLC was performed to determine abrine on Phenomenex-ODS column（250 mm×4.0 mm,5 μm）,with gradient elution consisted of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was at 270 nm,and the column temperature was at room temperature.Results The content of abrine showed a good linearity in the range of 0.5-10 μg（r=0.999 8）,and the average recovery（n=6） was 101.89%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and precise for quality control of the abrine in Jigucao capsule. |
